Four tastefully furnished self-catering properties in two locations between Bodmin and Wadebridge in North Cornwall. All ideally located for exploring the wonderful Cornish coast, with safe sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Rock, Harlyn and Trevone nearby. Padstow, the Eden Project and Newquay only a short car journey away.

LANJEW PARK - sleeps up to 7- is located on our 250 acre working farm, near the village of Withiel, 5 miles west of Bodmin. A large 3 bedroomed house standing in its own grounds, with far reaching views of the countryside - an ideal place where children can play safely and parents can relax with the soothing sounds of nature filtering around them.

If you are planning to go away with friends or want somewhere for a family get-together then PENPONT MILL is the ideal place for you. This large 4 bedroomed house (sleeps up to 8) is surrounded by farmland where the owner was born and grew up, and is situated in its own grounds, just one mile from the picturesque village of Chapel Amble.

THE RETREAT - a 2 bedroomed cottage (sleeps up to 5) is situated in the heart of Chapel Amble village, which boasts a charming pub renowned for its good food and ale. This is the perfect place for couples for that romantic break - spend a few days away and wine and dine in the excellent restaurant situated just across the village green. The garden is enclosed so also ideal for guests with young children.

GREENBANK (sleeps up to 8) is a traditional stone built 3 bedroomed cottage also situated in the village of Chapel Amble. The totally enclosed garden is a suntrap and proves popular with guests with young children.

The rental on Penpont Mill, The Retreat and Greenbank includes full use of facilities at The Olde House Complex just a short distance away. The Complex has an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, indoor play barn, full size snooker table. Outside an adventure playground, swings, climbing frame, tennis courts and pets corner.

We are open all year and welcome guests for short breaks out of season, when Cornwall still has much to offer. There are many hidden treasures to discover! The beaches may be empty when the children return to school - but that only creates more space, and the peace to enjoy it! More and more attractions, historic houses and gardens are now open throughout the year, so why not visit us out of season. All the properties have central heating and an open fire.
