The Bedroom has easy access to a private rear patio. A well equipped, built-in modern kitchen comes complete with a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine plus all of the necessary china and utensils for your holiday.
Within easy reach of the north and south coasts and the famous Eden Project.
Accessability:
Milkwood Cottage has step-free access with wide doorways throughout the property. The bathroom is very spacious and offers a large shower, again with step-free access, with a seat and hand rails. Extra information is available upon request and we make every effort to accommodate guest's needs.

Road Directions

Continue along the A30 and past the Innis Downs junction (ignoring the signs for St Austell, Lanivet etc). Continue along the dual carriageway.

Leave the A30 on the next slip road (signs for Roche, Victoria and Victoria Industrial Estate). Take the first exit on the roundabout following the signs for Roche.

After passing a BP Petrol station take the first turning on your left. Follow the road over a narrow railway bridge then continue for approx 1 mile until you enter the village of Roche.

After the 30MPH signs and traffic calming, take the 3rd turning on your left (you will have driven past the 'Clays Practice' Doctors Surgery on your right). The turning is quite sharp and will lead you past a Co-op supermarket on your left.

Continue along this road until the T-junction. Ignore the turning on your left immediately before this T-junction.

Follow this narrowing road past the bungalows on your left and continue along it as it narrows into a country lane. Ignore the turning on your right to 'Tregonhay'.

Continue along the lane for approx 3/4 of a mile. After you pass under a railway bridge bare right with the road and continue for a further 300 yards or so until you reach a group of large trees. A granite boulder with a slate sign saying 'Chillbrook Farm' marks the entrance to our property.
Important information for Sat-Nav users

Following the recent re-routing and dualling of the A30 many sat-nav systems become confused after you pass the Innis Downs junction. Without map updates many systems will still show the old road and will show you travelling across fields. As you can imagine this is not very helpful...

Even if you have the latest, most up-to-date maps installed we strongly recommend that you follow our directions (just in case!)

Please be aware that post code PL26 8LP, although on our address, will not centre on Chillbrook Farm but on a property further down the road. This is due to a rural post code covering a wide area.
