Ratings You Can Trust
All the properties promoted by Bodmin Visitor Information Centre are assessed and have been awarded a quality rating by one or more of the two national agencies, the AA and VisitBritain. who operate a harmonised system for grading accommodation.
All properties have been visited by a qualified assessor and awarded a rating based on comfort, cleanliness, facilities and services. Special gold and silver awards are given by VisitBritain to serviced accommodation achieving the highest levels of quality within its rating.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you find cause for complaint, we strongly advise, that in the first instance, you to take it up with the accommodation provider at the time of your stay as it is often the case that problems can be rectified.
However if you are still not satisfied, you should contact the relevant assessing body. All complaints must be in writing. Click on the link for details of how to contact them.
