Type: Participatory Event

Cornwall’s Regimental Museum will be holding special Gun Handling Sessions on selected dates throughout the year.  This an excellent opportunity for children and adults alike to get hands on with the collection and learn about the historic weaponry used throughout hundreds of years of battle, and the innovations and pitfalls of firearms throughout the ages.  Discover one of the finest collections of weaponry in the South West and get up close and personal with the museum’s impressive armoury right here in ‘The Keep’, the former barracks of the Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry Regiment.

The next confirmed gun handling sessions will be:

February Half Term – daily on weekdays (Monday 12thrd – Friday 16th) at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.

If you would like to book a group or personal gun handling session, or to make enquiries about educational or other visits, please get in touch.
